Postrojenje za proizvodnu biodizela BD 100 euro 7 čistoće (sirovina biljne i životinjske masti i ulja sa prisustvom slobodnih masnih kiselina – FFA)
Postrojenje je kapaciteta, na dnevnom nivou, 15T biodizala BD 100 euro 7
Mi vršimo montažu, puštanje u rad, obuku zaposlenih i dajemo garanciju 20 godina na reaktor naše proizvodnje a za ostale delove koji su kooperantski prenosimo garanciju proizvodjača (elektro motori, pumpe, grejači, ventili, insturmenti...).
Da bi smo montirali postrojenje potrebno je: betonska ploča,  armirana, debljine 10 cm, širine 10 m, dužine 10 m, i nadstrešnica visine 6 m. Na ploči treba instalisati trofaznu struju za potrošnju do 40 kW, uvesti vodu i odvod.
Oko postrojenja se mora uraditi protiv požarni put koji će služiti za dovoz sirovina i odvoz gotovih proizvoda.
Rezervoar za gotov proizvod se nalazi na kraju procesa proizvodnje kapaciteta 100 T. Po izboru izgradnja rezervoara za sirovina ali je preporuka da se ista dovozi u buradima ili fleksi tankovima i tako lageruje.
Pored tehnologa za nadgledanje proizvodnje broj potrebnih radnika u smeni je dva.
Cena postrojenja ovog kapaciteta (mogući veći i manji) sa tehnologijom BD 97 (svetski standard i ponuda je niža i iznosi BD 95) je 510.000 E.
Kompletna proizvodnja je ekološka. U procesu proizvodnje nema nikakvih otpada koji bi zagadjivali okolinu a svi nusprodukti se ili ponovo koriste ili u BD.
Od jednog kg/l masnoće dobija se 1,1 lit. BD 100 euro 7 uz korišćenje metanola kao katalizatora.
Postrojenje kao repro materijal koristi čistu sirovinu od uljarica i životinjske masti (što je trenutno ne isplativo u Srbiji) i otpadna (korišćena) ulja i masnoće (što preporučujemo).
Kalkulacija pokazuje da ako se vrši prerada uvozne sirovine od ukupne prodajne cene, koja je trenutno oko 90 din.,
50 din. su troškovi proizvodnje a ostalih 40 din. je zarada.
U razvoju tehnologije su učesvovali i rade na usavršavanju: prof. Dr. Baras, prof. Dr. Furman, prof. Dr. Spasojević sa Tehnološkog fakulteta u Novom Sadu, Dipl.ing. Slavko Popović, Dipl.ing. Tomašević Milo, maš.ing. Ratko Konstatinović.
Bio Diesel Plant
Plant for production of bio diesel BD 100 euro 7 purity (using animal and vegetable fats and oils with the presence of free fatty acids - FFA) .
The plant's capacity, on a daily basis, 15T bio diesel BD 100 euro 7 .
We provide installation, commissioning, staff training and giving warranty for 20 years on our production reactor and we transfer producers  guarantee for the other parts that are contracted (electric motors, pumps, heater, valves, displays etc ...).
To install the plant, we need a concrete slab, reinforced, 10cm thick, width 10m, length 10m, and canopy height of 6m. The plant needs three-phase electricity with consumption of up to 40 kW. As well plant need water and drain.
Around the plant has to be done fire fighters path that will be used for transport of feedstock and finished products as well.
At the end of the process of production there is reservoir for the finished product with capacity of 100 t. There is a choice of the reservoirs for raw materials, but it is recommended to store them in barrels or tanks and flexible reservoirs in witch they can be transported.
In addition of technologists for overseeing the production there is 2 more workers needed on the plant.
The price of the plant of this capacity (possible larger and smaller) with BD 97 technology (world standard and offers lower BD 95) was 510 000 E.
Full production is ecological. The production process has no waste polluting the environment and all by products are either re-used or used in bio diesel.
One kg or lit of fat gets a 1.1 lit. BD 100 euro 7 with use of methanol as a catalyst.
The plant uses clean raw materials from oil and animal fat (which is not profitable in Serbia) and waste (used) oil and fat (as recommended).
